Hunter was born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania before attending Pennsylvania State University where he majored in Economics. Before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, he worked in real estate settlement services assisting borrowers to refinance their homes. He has experience working as a law clerk assisting small business owners in restructuring and selling their businesses. In his free time, Hunter enjoys being active in recreational sports in Baltimore City, being an avid sports fan of Philadelphia sports, and golfing.
